Jill Woolums is a senior level yoga instructor with many years of experience in the Bay Area. In addition she has taught Pilates for several years, and has been a dance instructor to both adults and children. She possesses certifications from Balanced Body (Pilates), Integrated Teacher Training (Pilates), Iyengar Yoga Institute San Francisco (Yoga), and Polarity Therapy (bodywork), and has done graduate studies in dance and movement therapy. With lots of in-depth experience, she teaches students on many levels and is especially gifted in restorative/therapeutic styles of movement.
